Project Details:
A retired couple, still passionately teaching music, requested new deck stairs and railing for their students' entrance. When not teaching strings, these Travelers Rest residents use this staircase to access their outdoor fire pit area, where they enjoy picnicking and cooking out with their children and grandchildren.
Our Solution:
To enhance durability, we added an extra stringer for strength and upgraded the treads to composite for longevity. The homeowners chose the Coconut Husk option from TimberTech, which beautifully complemented the stained structural wood that remained untouched. This upgrade ensures minimal maintenance and a long lifespan, allowing the homeowners to enjoy their outdoor space for years to come.

The chosen colors, tan for the upper cabinets and blue for the lower cabinets, added a fresh and vibrant look. We also installed new cabinet pulls and knobs, enhancing functionality and accessibility. This update not only improved the kitchen's aesthetic appeal but also increased its practicality. The homeowners look forward to future upgrades, including a new backsplash and updated sink faucets.
